Airport Pick-up

  • We're unable to arrange pick-up request with less than 48 hours submission.
  • Only one pick-up request for one room reserved.
  • Number of person to be picked-up should match the reserved room occupancy. We reserve the right not to pick-up "Extra person" which is not matching the reserved room occupancy. Additional cost will incur for "Extra person" pick-up.
  • In order to keep the affordable price of RM5.50 each way per person; our guests will be sharing the shuttle for airport pick-up and drop-off transfer service. For the convenient of all guests, one guest only limited to bring "1 Luggage and 1 carry-on bag" with them when traveling on our shuttle. We will charge RM11.00 per luggage if guest decides to bring more than the limited baggage allowance onto the shuttle with them. We reserve our seats for guests instead of luggage placement. We kindly encourage guests to take a TAXI when they have more than 2 luggage per person.
  • We encourage guest to have a 40 minutes in between your "Actual arrival time" and "Meet at waiting point time". We will not be responsible if you have missed the shuttle when you chose to be picked up at the time with less than 40 minutes from your actual arrival time.
  • Luggage size shall not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm

 Available time to select for pick-up: 1:00AM, 3:00AM, 5:20AM, 7:20AM, 9:20AM, 11:20AM, 1:00PM, 3:00PM, 5:00PM, 7:00PM, 9:00PM, 11:00PM

KLIA 2 -Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2
Available time to select for pick-up: 2:00AM, 4:20AM, 6:20AM, 8:20AM, 10:20AM, 12:20PM, 2:00PM, 4:00PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM, 10:00PM, 12:00AM



Charges: Transfer is available at RM5.50 each way, per person; payable at the hotel upon check-in.

Booking: Airport pick up request must be booked 48 hours before arrival time. Airport drop-off can be requested during check in.

Shuttle waiting points to pick-up our guests:

KLIA- Meeting Point for guest pick-up to our Hotel is at Gloria Jean's Coffees located on the right hand side of the International Arrival Gate on Level 3.


KLIA 2- Meeting Point for picking up guest to Hotel is at "Old Town White Coffee" which is located on the left hand side of the International Arrival Gate. On the arrival Level. (*Not the one on the Departure Level)
