Nestled in a quaint street in Salak Tinggi, the dynamic area of Sepang, the youniQ Hotel is a 4 storey building comprising of 60 well-equipped rooms - 12 of which is connecting rooms, laundry rooms and even boosts a Mini Cardio gym.

Having recently undergone several major overhauls, from demolition and re-construction to full refurbishment, the transformation process resulted in the juxtaposition of old and new subjected to a contemporary treatment.

Materials have been left as raw and uncovered as possible. Simple materials were selected for the interior to maintain durable and practical surfaces. These materials also offer a subtle but effective aesthetic value. Visual continuity is apparent with the strong composition and colours of the facade gradually dissipate internally - from the floor to wall throughout the hotel.
